Eli Lehrer is a Vice President for the Heartland Institute, a national free-market think tank with offices in Chicago, Washington, D.C., Tallahassee, Florida, Austin, Texas, and Columbus, Ohio. In his work for Heartland, Lehrer oversees all of the Institute's non-Chicago offices. Prior to taking on his job at Heartland, he worked as a reporter at the Washington Times, a senior editor of the American Enterprise Institute’s magazine, a project manager for the Unisys Corporation, a fellow for the Heritage Foundation, and speechwriter to Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist.

 

His work has appeared in dozens of magazines and newspapers including National Review, USA Today, Miami Herald, and Washington Post. He writes regular articles on arts and public policy for the Weekly Standard and was a regular blogger on frumforum.com. He has lived in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area for over a decade and currently resides in Herndon, Virginia with his wife and son. In addition to his work, he enjoys running, visiting museums, and riding the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disney World.

Complete Shill.

This 'Journalist' is the problem with reporting today. Stay away.

The worst kind of "journalist"

Though his articles are well written, they are completely biased and non factually based. This so called "journalist" has a very strict neo-con, elitist, war mongering point of view and should in no way be allowed to express his opinions in a mainstream publication geared toward reporting facts.
